Documentation

Our power restrictors are currently accepted in the following countries: Andorra Andorra,  Denmark Denmark, Estonia , Finland Finland, Germany Germany, Greece Greece, Hungary , Ireland Ireland, Malta   , The Netherlands Netherlands, Norway Norway, Slovenia Slovenia, Sweden https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/4/4c/Flag_of_Sweden.svg/1600px-Flag_of_Sweden.svg.png and United Kingdom UK, where they are recognised by insurance companies and the police departments. Nevertheless, we are continuously working in order to be accepted in the rest of the EU countries.

Apart from the parts included in the kit, in the package you will receive the following documentation:

  1. Fitting instructions, which clearly explain the steps to assemble the parts.

  2. Certificate of Fitment form. This document shows the details of the Dealer or Fitter, the A2 permit holder, the motorcycle to restrict, the power restrictor and the fitting terms and conditions. This document should be signed by both parties.
  3. Manufacturer's Approval Certificate. It is exclusively used for a particular chassis number and the A2 permit holder.
It shows the approval details of the restrictor, the model of the motorcycle for which it is issued, and the Directives and Technical Regulations compliances required by the European Union.
  4. Invoice.

On the road it is convenient to carry second and third documents as they can be required by insurance companies or the police.
